PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: GENERAL RELEASE, WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE AGREEMENT
I fully understand and agree that: (a) there are DANGERSA AND RISKS OF INJURY, DAMAGE, OR DEATH that exist in my participation in the motorcycle tour and use of motorcycles and motorcycling equipment (Motorcycling Activities); (b) my participation in the motorcycle tour and/or motorcycling activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to BODILY INJURY, DISEASE, STRAINS, FRACTURES, PARTICAL OR TOATAL PARALYSIS, OTHER ALIMENTS THAT COULD CAUSE SERIOUS DISABILITY AND DEATH; (c) these risks and dangers may be caused by negligence or Released Parties, other motorcycle tour participants, or others and may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes; and (d) by participating in the motorcycle tour and/or Motorcycling Activities, I, on behalf of myself, my personal representative and my heirs, hereby knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and all responsibility, and agree to release the Released Parties for any injuries, losses, and/or damages, including those caused solely or in part by negligence of the Release Parties or any other person. I also agree that this Agreement applies to any damage that occurs or from my motorcycle or helmet during the motorcycle tour.
I fully understand and agree that, on behalf of myself, my personal representative and my heirs, I hereby covenant not to sue, and am relinquishing any and all rights I now have or may have in the future to sue the Released Parties for any and all injury, damage, or death, whether known or unknown, that I may suffer arising from the motorcycle tour, of from motorcycle riding or its equipment, including claims based on the Released Parties’ negligence.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMTN AND BY SINGING BELOW I AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND TO ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RELEASE THE ABOVE-NAMED RELEASDED PARTIES FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS SECTION IS AN INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, suits, or causes of action by an third parties, including Release Parties or other motorcycle tour participants, for bodily injury, property damage, or other damages that my arise out of my use of a motorcycle and motorcycle equipment or my participation on the motorcycle tour, including claims arising from the negligence of Release Parties, other motorcycle tour participants, or any other party.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND BY SIGNING BELOW I AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS, AND TO ACCEPT LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIY AND PAY FOR ANY LOSS FOR CLAIMS OR LAWSUITS AGAINST THE ABOVE-NAMED RELEASED PARTIES ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE MOTORCYCLE TOUR.

PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE RELEASE and WAIVER
I, _______________________________ (please print), do hereby give Bison Women’s MC Tours, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my picture, portrait or photograph in all forms and media and in all manner, for advertising, trade or in any other lawful purpose for the benefit of Bison Women’s MC Tours only. I hereby forever waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including but not limited to, written copy and/or an image in print or on a web site, that may be created in connection therewith. I am nineteen (19) years of age or older. I understand that Bison Women’s MC Tours cannot control the unauthorized use by persons other than Bison Women’s MC Tours, of my image once such image is published. Any claim I may have concerning unauthorized publication of my image must be pursued by me against the unauthorized user. Bison Women’s MC Tours disclaims any responsibility for such unauthorized use of my published image.
I have had sufficient time to review and seek explanation of the provisions contained above, have carefully read, and understand them, and agree to be bound by them. I voluntarily and irrevocably give my consent and agree to this Release and Waiver.
